Undertaking to make a High Definition programme or feature takes careful research, planning, discussion and many meetings. You may be breaking new ground - the stakes are high and failure is not an option.
VMI can help. We encourage clients to attend face to face meetings during the planning stages of the programme and a trained team member will guide you carefully though the various options of formats and frame rates and 'looks'. We can demonstrate examples of similar programmes in our screening-room on request. It is also important at this stage to discuss the post-production route and our years of post experience is a real advantage. VMI will ensure that where needed, a post production supervisor is assigned who will liase with the Post House and the production team to ensure that all eventualities are covered before even the first slate. Camera test and grading session can be arranged and this can be in a full studio environment.
